Welcome to Awan Garden. We value our customers and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used gardening products (seeds, fertilizers, soil, pesticides, etc.)

  • Perishable or consumable items

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Phone / Email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share clear pictures or video of the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

If approved, we will guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Bank Transfer, or

    • Store Credit (as preferred by the customer)

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Availability of replacement items is subject to stock.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


7. Customer Responsibility

  • Please provide a complete and correct delivery address.

  • Awan Garden will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
